Beschreibung Ferienwohnung Pozzallo
Die Wohnung Delfino 1 befindet sich in Pozzallo, wenige Fahrtminuten von Modica und Ragusa entfernt, im äußersten Süden Siziliens. Die Wohnung befindet sich 70 Meter von der neuen Strandpromenade „Pietre Nere“ und wenige Schritte vom phantastischen, goldenen, feinen Sandstrand entfernt. Die ideale Lage für all jene, die ihren Badeurlaub verbringen wollen, ohne dass sie ein Auto zu benutzen brauchen. Die Wohnung befindet sich auf der ersten Etage des Ferienhauses, die Strandpromenade „Pietre Nere“ ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt und um genau zu sein befinden sich alle Geschäfte in einem Umkreis vom 350 Metern.
110 m² große Eckwohnung auf der ersten Etage mit Balkons. Im Inneren befinden sich ein sehr geräumiges Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein Zimmer mit Etagenbett, ein Einzelzimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer, ein Bad mit Duschwanne, Haartrockner und Waschmaschine. Die Küche verfügt über einen Kochherd mit vier Kochplatten, Backofen, Kühlschrank, allen nötigen Kochutensilien, Satellitenfernseher und 6 Sitzplätze. In der ganzen Wohnung befinden sich große Fenster.
Im Schlafbereich befindet sich eine Klimaanlage, welche bequem je nach Jahreszeit zum kühlen oder wärmen eingesetzt werden kann. Im Winter steht auch ein mobiler Gasofen zur Verfügung.
Durch die optimale Lage der Wohnung können alle Orte der Provinzen von Ragusa und Siracusa in wenigen Fahrtminuten erreicht werden.
In der Umgebung können Barock-Ausflüge nach Modica, Scicli und Ragusa Ibla und Spaziergänge in die Naturschutzgebiete von Vendicari, Cava d‘Ispica und Cava Grande di Cassibile unternommen werden.

The best time to visit Sicily is , they say May, but you could get caught with the weather, but who cares, when your staying in a fabulous apartment, with everything that you need. Great bedroom, very large living room & seperate kitchen & an enormous balcony. Saro the owner is briliant & will do whatever he can to make your stay as pleaseant as possible

An excellent apartment in a lovely part of Sicily

My partner and I didn't know much about Sicily before we came on this holiday, but we were very happy that we chose to stay in this apartment in Pozzallo. The town is lively but not rowdy in the evenings; it seemed to be mostly couples out for dinner, ice-cream and coffee etc. There are plenty of good, inexpensive restaurants in the town so you don't need to worry about choice in eating out. If you fancy cooking for yourself one or two nights (the apartment is very well equipped to do so) there are also several fishmongers in the town. The apartment itself is well-equipped and very spacious with a huge living area and outdoor terrace. There's a decent beach just 50m walk away or some really beautiful more remote beaches just a few km to the East along the costal road, including some ideal spots for wind/kitesurfing. The agent for Case Sicule (through whom we booked the apartment) speaks English and was very helpful throughout our stay. John

We love to spend our winter holidays in Pozzallo. We used this apartment for the 2nd time and we find it very well located, perfectly equipped. The lovely terrace is perfect for taking your winterly vitamin D3 shots. Additionally the offseason time gives you a chance to enjoy Sicily peacefully and without any crowds. The owner is extremely helpful and tries to fulfill all your needs. We plan to come again next year.

This spacious apartment is ideally situated, conveniently in a quiet part of town but within a short walk to the beach & promenade. It has a balcony on 2 sides ensuring sunshine all day long. It is well equipped and was perfect for our stay of one month in winter 2010. The owner was extremely helpful and any request was dealt with promptly and efficiently. The town itself and surrounding areas are very beautiful and the local people in Pozzallo made us feel very welcome and helped a lot with our unfortunate lack of Italian. We will be recommending this accommodation to our friends and we will be back.
